Processing Time
Typically orders will ship from western Colorado within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time for holidays and massive snow storms.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by the carrier. If an item has been lost or stolen under USPS, please contact us and we will provide the necessary information for you to file a claim. Please note, we are unable to refund products or shipping. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards are not returnable.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately we have no control how the shipping companies or the USPS handle our packages.

Shipping Materials
I often re-use the packaging material that my supplies are shipped to me in, at least they are used one additional time. When I do not have shipping supplies that I can repurpose, than I use my sustainable shipping material that I have purchased.

Returns & Refund Policy

Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
These products are handcrafted and made in small batches, all sales are considered final.
